I spent one year in Tokyo with a working-holliday visa and I am back in France since the end of March. I still feel homesick...I miss Tokyo sooo much : the weather (except the heat of summer...but it is so going up and down where I live in France that I 'd rather be all sweaty and hot in Tokyo than not knowing if I should wear 3 layers of clothes or just one because it changes all the time here...), the food (the cheap but delicious sushi, the great bentos, the matsuri's food...), the nice people,... And in Tokyo, I had so many things to do, so many things to see...Now,I am in my nice-but-uneventful life in the not-that-interesting french countryside where there is nothing to see. I enjoy the calm and I am glad to see my family but it changes sooo much that I am still in a reverse cultural shock!

I intend to go back in Japan one day anyway! I am so glad to have been there, I have so many good memories and saw so many beautiful things. I learnt a lot!
If you have the possibility to go in another country like that, do it, don't be affraid! It is such a good experience!

Hello!

I haven't post in Livejournal for a very long time but I have some advertisment to do for my youtube channel! I am living in Japan since April 1st and decided not too long ago to post some videos about what I am discovering on youtube. These videos are unedited and the quality isn't really good but I wanted to have some options to keep them safe so I decided to put them on youtube! So,everyone who wants to watch it is free to do so! There is some matsuri's (festivals) videos, sumo's videos and other things like this!
Don't hesitate to go watch it and give some comments if you want! My youtube channel : https://www.youtube.com/user/nac369
